Where do you deliver?
Anywhere within roughly 20 km of our Lingarajapuram kitchen. We keep the radius tight on purpose — it's the only way food arrives hot. Enter your address at signup and we'll confirm instantly.
What if my office or home is just outside the radius?
Leave your address anyway. We'll tell you the moment we reach you — we'd rather say no than deliver something lukewarm.
What time does food actually arrive?
Lunch leaves the kitchen between 11:00 and 11:30 and reaches you within about an hour. Dinner follows the same window in the evening.
What plans can I choose from?
Meals run on two fixed cycles a month: the 1st to the 15th, and the 16th to month end. That is about 22 delivery days, since weekends aren't delivered or charged. Lunch, dinner or both, veg or non-veg, in a 3-, 7- or 9-compartment box.
How far ahead do I need to pay?
3 days before your cycle starts — by the 28th for Cycle A (1st–15th) and the 13th for Cycle B (16th–month end) — so the kitchen can plan how much to buy and cook.
Is there a delivery fee?
Individuals pay one. A group of up to twenty at one address splits it between everyone who's paid. Companies above twenty employees pay nothing.
Can I see the menu before I commit?
Yes — the full 22-delivery-day cycle is published a month ahead. Scroll through every day's dishes before you pay anything.
How do I know which box is vegetarian?
Green means veg, red means non-veg — on the box, the packaging and inside the app. No exceptions, no guessing.
Can I skip a day?
Yes. Pause any delivery day from the app before the daily cut-off — up to 3 pauses or 5 total paused days a calendar month. The day isn't lost: that day's balance is credited to your wallet and set against your next cycle.
What's the 10 PM cut-off about?
Pause a day before 10:00 PM the evening before, and it's free. After that, the meal is already committed and charged — the kitchen has started cooking for it.
Can I cancel instead of pausing?
Up to three times per cycle. A cancellation fee and service charge apply, and whatever's left goes back to your wallet — the exact number is shown before you confirm.
Will you charge my card automatically?
No. We don't store card details and we don't set up auto-debit. You'll get a WhatsApp reminder before your plan ends and you renew with one tap, on your terms.
What if my plan runs out and I forget to renew?
It simply lapses — no surprise charge, no penalty. Come back and resubscribe whenever you're ready.
What happens to the tiffin deposit?
₹500 upfront, and half comes back when you return the tiffin in usable condition. The box is collected on the next day's delivery run, so there's nothing extra to arrange.
What if I lose or damage a box?
The deposit covers it. We'd rather that than chase you down for a steel tiffin.
Can I move my delivery address on some days?
Yes. Save an office address for weekdays and a home address for weekends, and switch between them whenever you like.
How does this work for companies?
Your company signs up once with a GSTIN and headcount. Above twenty employees, delivery is free, everything lands in one consolidated drop, and you get a single monthly invoice.
Do you do breakfast?
Not yet. Lunch and dinner only, so we can do both properly rather than three things adequately.
